Memberships are free to all Canadians. Minimum age is 18/19 based on the province in which your package will deliver. Government issued ID providing proof of age is required at sign up to complete the membership process (No photos of ones self will be accepted). Orders will not ship until this requirement is met. Feel free to cover up any info not required to sign up (example DL #).

Order Processing / Payment Info:

Orders are processed within 24 hrs of Electronic payment being received. If payment is not received within 24 hrs of your order being placed it will be cancelled and stock will be released back into inventory. We will however send you a follow up email prior to doing so as some might just need that extra reminder, as we all get busy now and again. If the order contains limited quantity items it will be cancelled at the end of that day if payment is not received. 

At this time, we can only accept EFT - Email Funds Transfer from CAD Banks. Payment information is sent in the order confirmation email and is posted on the confirmation page of the order process. If you lose this info send an email and we will provide it to you. *In the event an order is cancelled after the payment has been received in our bank there will be a $5 process fee removed from the refund before sending back the EFT*

You will receive an email at each stage of the order process; order confirmation and order fulfilled (shipped/delivered) including tracking information. At any point you can access your account online via our website to review your order status in the event you misplace your email confirmation as this happens now and again. If you did not receive an order confirmation email this is an indication you did not complete the order process.

  • Calgary ONLY Same Day CUT OFF is as followed:  Mon-Fri = 5pm, SAT = 3pm Orders placed outside business hours, Sundays or Stat Holidays will deliver the next Business Day.
  • Calgary Same Day Order min. $60 Subtotal (before shipping charges).
  • Orders that are below the $60 min. will be shipped via Canada Post and follow the “Canada Wide Delivery” guidelines listed below.
  • Same Day Orders will be delivered by 8pm, no time guarantee is given. You will be contacted via text prior to delivery to provide the ETA.Once the package is left at the shipping address ownership changes hands and GL is no longer responsible for your package. If no one is present to receive the package it is placed in a discreet/safe location; a photo is sent to the phone # providing "proof of delivery" and its location. Once this is complete the order is marked as delivered and the package is released from GL's ownership and responsibility.

Canada Wide Delivery ~ Same Day Shipping Cut Off is 4pm, Monday – Friday. Once your order has been submitted to Canada Post the tracking number will be provided to you within your shipping notification email, this can also be accessed via your GL account. Some remote locations may require additional time in transit which is out of GL’s control and some locations may receive their order sooner than expected. Shipping within Canada Only.

The short version; if you receive snail mail you will receive your Green Life package, We Guarantee it!

"Green Life Shipping Guarantee"

All orders shipped by Green Life receive the Green Life Shipping Guarantee - if you don’t receive your order and Canada Post is not able to provide tracking information or has lost your shipment we will replace it after a trace is complete. Canada Post will investigate (which can take 15-20 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If and only once it is deemed “unrecoverable”, will we send you a replacement package, free of charge. This investigation results must be provided, and the investigation completed before the replacement package is issued, this policy is mandatory and creating an account with GL is acceptance of this policy.

However, if the original order does show up and a signature is provided by Canada Post both orders will be charged to your account. Exceptions to the Shipping Guarantee would be “no signature required” requested by the purchaser.

  • Free Shipping – No signature requested by customer, this request voids the “Green Life Shipping Guarantee” as proof of delivery cannot be received by Canada Post.

All sales are final. **However, if an item is defective upon delivery and GL is notified within 48 hrs of receiving your package we will back our products and replace the defective item once proof of defect is received and verified. Shipping in Summer months is at the customers discretion. Credit only, no refunds, no exceptions will be made. 

Shipments Undelivered: If an order is returned by the Shipping Carrier "undelivered" as a result of the Customer not collecting the package; only the product amount (less shipping charges) will be refunded as "in-store credit" for future purchase. The delivery charge is not refunded; collection is the customers responsibility as the delivery fee was charged to us by the carrier at the time of shipment.

Accessories: If applicable; Accessory warranties are honored by the Manufacture directly as stated on manufacture warranty documents with purchase. This is at the request of the Manufacturer not GL.

We will NOT share your name, address, phone number, photo identification or any other personal information that uniquely identifies you with anyone, for marketing purposes or otherwise. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information via the Green Life website.

Based on your profile preferences selected at sign up we may use your personal information to email you newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that will keep you up to date with what is going on at Green Life. You may opt out of these communications at any time by changing your personal preferences.
